Token & Balance Display Errors
Missing tokens, incorrect balance display, or assets not updating.
My tokens are missing from my wallet.
Tokens may not appear if they are not automatically detected by your wallet. Try these steps:
- Manually add the token contract address. Find it on CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, or the project's official website.
- Switch to the correct network. Tokens exist on different blockchains (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon).
- Refresh your wallet. Disconnect and reconnect it to Cold Wallet.
If your tokens still don’t appear, check blockchain explorers (Etherscan, BscScan) to confirm the transaction.
