Wallet Connection Issues
Problems with connecting your wallet to Cold Wallet or external platforms.
Cold Wallet does not recognize my hardware wallet.
First, verify that your hardware wallet (Ledger, Trezor, etc.) is properly plugged in and that you’re using the correct USB cable. Some cables only provide power but don’t support data transfer. Next, ensure your hardware wallet firmware is up to date by checking the official manufacturer’s website. If your device is still not detected, try switching USB ports or using a different computer. Also, confirm that your browser allows Cold Wallet to access your hardware wallet through WebUSB or HID settings.
