Wallet Connection Issues
Problems with connecting your wallet to Cold Wallet or external platforms.
“Wallet not detected" error appears when trying to connect.
Make sure that your wallet is unlocked and connected to the correct network (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, etc.). If you're using a browser extension, try switching networks manually in your wallet settings. Additionally, some wallets require explicit permission for the browser to access them, so check your wallet’s security settings and allow permissions for Cold Wallet. If the issue continues, try using a different browser or disable conflicting extensions.
