Problems with connecting your wallet to Cold Wallet or external platforms.
Connection times out when linking the wallet.
A VPN or firewall may be blocking the connection. Disable any active VPN, allow Cold Wallet through your firewall, or try connecting from a different network. If you’re on mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi for a more stable connection. Some browsers, such as Brave, block third-party scripts—try disabling the shields feature or using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.
